I have traditionally worked with large, global public companies who are familiar working with Big 4 and other management consultancies. In many cases, in lieu of a full team of consultants, an initiative requires a strong program manager/leader than can work with internal team members to drive a project forward. In some cases I have served as an independent project leader sitting between internal resources and traditional consulting firms – this has brought a level of fairness and unbiased decision making to complex projects.

Below are the traditional ways I have worked with organizations.  I am open to discussing your needs whether they relate to these roles or other business challenges.
